Household
shower planned
for Lehman family
A fire on Nov. 3 resulted in major damage for the home
of Junior and Sandi Lehman of Edgerton. On Saturday, Dec.
8, from 1-5 p.m. a household shower with potluck is being
organized by the Edgerton-Trimble volunteer firefighters
and the Platte County Sheriff's Department. Family and
friends attending are being asked to bring finger foods
and visit with the Lehmans at the Edgerton-Trimble Station
No. 1, 500 Belt Avenue, Edgerton. Drinks and table service
will be provided.
Junior Lehman is a volunteer firefighter for Edgerton-Trimble
Volunteer Fire Department and works at Weyerhauser in
St. Joseph. Sandi is employed with the Platte County Sheriff's
Department. They have three children: Corey, a Navy Seabee
stationed in Gulf Port, Miss.; Cody, 13, and Cailey, 12.
The family is now residing in a 30' camping trailer on
their property in Edgerton, until their home can be repaired.
