Deadline
near for subscription offer aiding PTA
The deadline for the annual school service program between
The Landmark Newspaper and your local PTA is fast approaching.
Until Nov. 30, elementary and intermediate school students
in the Platte County R-3 and North Platte R-1 school districts
are selling subscriptions to The Landmark at a discounted
price of $18.25, which includes sales tax. For every subscription
sold, The Landmark will donate $8 to the school's PTA
to be used for projects that will benefit the school and
its students.
Schools taking part include Rising Star Elementary, Siegrist
Elementary, and Barry Elementary School in the R-3 district;
and North Platte Elementary and North Platte Intermediate
in the R-1 district.
Subscriptions can also be ordered through this program
by simply calling The Landmark at 816-858-2313. When ordering,
be sure to let us know which school you want to receive
the $8 donation.
