diving into pool preparation

Larry
Becker and Steve Taylor, subcontractors with RenoSys,
work through the warm temperatures on Tuesday to reline
the swimming pool in Platte City.
The
pool is expected to be complete by May 1 and plans are
to have it open for the summer season on May 25. Hours
at the pool are Monday through Thursday, noon-8 p.m.,
Friday, noon-6 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday,
noon-6 p.m. Admission for age 55 and over is $1, 12 and
over $2.50, 4-11 $2, 3 and under is free.
Season
pass for a family of five is $95 with each additional
person $20, mid-season pass starting July 20 is $55 for
a family of five; individual fees $60 per person, mid-season
is $35; seniors 55 and over $45 per person, mid-season
price of $25.
Pool
parties available Friday through Sunday from 6 p.m.-8
p.m., information available at city hall. Pool party prices
are from 1-25 people, $85; from 26-50 is $105; 51-75 is
$130; 76-100 is $160; over 100 is $160 plus $2 for each
